Thank you for answering one of the few questions of mine on youtube. Here are the remaining questions:
I wanted to ask you few questions for quite a while... We've been seeing you go from this gym to that gym for quite a while... and we see you learning techniques from this guy and that guy... my question is; How much of the techniques that you learn - have you really used and implemented during your fights ?
- Out of 200 fights, how many of them have you lost ?
- Has head injuries affected your mental and psychological health like getting depressed or angry or mood swings n stuffs like that?
- I sometimes suffer from nerve and/or muscle cramps on my back and my lower back. I have tried using Tiger Balm and it helped. At the gym I see the trainers using the yellow orangey stuff. Have you used it and if you have, is it better than Tiger Balm ?
